CRC has been operating since January of 2006. The two owners have worked together on compensation consulting projects for over 16 years now spanning three different organizations. CRC has had tremendous success working with both small start-up organizations as well as Fortune 50 companies.

Georgine Young Garbarini

With over 27 years of Human Resources experience, Georgine Young Garbarini brings both depth and breadth of knowledge to client projects. She has worked with a variety of employee groups in multiple industries, and has specific expertise with technical employee groups. Georgine works with both Human Resources and line management to ensure programs align with current business strategies. She is experienced at developing consistent yet flexible guidelines that readily accommodate organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions. Specific recent assignments include developing and implementing global broad bands, designing base and variable pay programs, auditing for potential FLSA issues, developing and delivering compensation communication, and developing technical career ladders.


Michael Hannah

Michael has over 16 years of compensation consulting experience. His experiences have ranged from managing large national and international compensation surveys to designing and implementing various talent and compensation programs. His projects have included developing job descriptions, job evaluation processes (including FLSA status decision matrices), both traditional and broadband salary structures, career ladders, incentive plans, performance management programs and various HR policies. As part of all his projects, Michael looks to ensure that all HR programs will work together to support the overall business needs of the client.
