Georgine and Michael have worked as a team since 1997, and spent the past 7 years as the lead Broad-Based Compensation consultants for Hewitt Associates in the Southwest. They have experience with engagements spanning multiple industries and encompassing employee groups ranging from hourly to managerial. Company size is not an issue; they have worked with Fortune 100 firms as well as small start-ups. Both are frequent speakers at professional meetings on topics related to the trends and issues with rewards strategies.

Georgine Young Garbarini
With over 20 years of HR experience in corporate and consulting roles, Georgine brings both depth and breadth of knowledge to client projects.  She works with both HR and line management to ensure programs are aligned with and support current business strategies. Georgine has earned both the B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees, and is a member of the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, holding the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

Michael Hannah
Michael has 10 years of compensation consulting experience. His experiences range from managing large national and international salary surveys to designing and implementing various talent and compensation programs. Michael received his B.B.A. in just over 2 years from the University of Texas at Dallas.
